Adrian Lount

Adrian started his first apprenticeship in plumbing at 19 and worked very hard to set up his own bathroom business. Fast forward a few years and Adrian is continuing his success as one of Bluewater’s directors. You’ll bump into Adrian during your kitchen or bathroom installation as Adrian enjoys visiting all Bluewater’s customers, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Pete Reynolds

Bluewater director and bathroom installer Pete has over 40 years’ experience and over this time has installed over 800 bathrooms. If there is anything Pete doesn’t know about bathrooms, it is not worth knowing. Keeping in the tradition of family businesses Pete taught and trained his son Edward, who is now a fully qualified Bluewater bathroom installer in his own right.

Paul Lount

Accountant extraordinaire Paul is Adrian’s father. He was asked to join Bluewater after the company grew much faster than expected and Adrian asked Paul for a few hours help to keep up with the demand. Finding himself spending more and more time in the showroom, he dedicated himself to Bluewater’s customers by taking on the role as showroom manager.

Dominic Rogerson

Dominic has over six years’ experience working for two major high street retailers as a kitchen designer and surveyor. His reputation preceded him when he was asked by Bluewater to join their team. For the last three years Dominic has enjoyed the opportunity to take full responsibility of his designs in the form of project manager and now heads Bluewater’s kitchens department

Mark Robinson

Mark is the newest member of the team and is an experienced kitchen designer. Dedicated and committed to his learning he jumped at the chance to join Bluewater and train to be a project manager for Bluewater’s bathroom department. Sixteen months on Mark feels like a member of the family, thoroughly enjoying his new role helping Bluewater’s customers.
