We have been working hard during the current restrictions to make sure our showrooms are ready to welcome you back. This includes the re–design of 11 of our showroom displays.
We are the same hours as before 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday.
What steps are we putting in place to make sure we are COVID Secure?
COVID Secure is the Government’s standard set based on the current guidelines. We are very lucky in respect to having a showroom with space for customers to browse.
Our appointment stations are a considerable distance from each other in both the kitchen and bathroom showrooms. This is good for privacy and keeping customers COVID secure.
We are currently putting into place our policy and procedures to make sure social distant guidelines are met when visiting us, this includes:
- At least 2 metres distancing between customers in our showrooms.
- The provision and recommendation of using face masks when visiting us.
- Hand sanitiser stations at all ‘touch point’ areas of the showroom including entrance, exit and toilet doors.
- Plexiglass dividers at our appointment stations.
What steps are you putting into place for your fitters in our homes?
We are training our fitters to make sure they sanitise any areas of your home they will touch on a regular basis. Where necessary they will also wear face masks and of course observe the 2-meter distancing rule.
We will also be doing random spot checks on their work and compliance during the fitting process in your home.
Your health is our paramount concern and we will be open again with the COVID Secure policy based on the respective government guidelines and our own strict standards.
