Paul, our designer, gave us some excellent ideas and was happy to tweak these so that we got exactly what we wanted, which is my dream kitchen! All of the workmen turned up when they were supposed to, they were all very pleasant, polite and worked very hard to complete their part, so thanks to the electricians Mikey and Cam, the plasterer Shaun, the granite guys and a massive thank you to Matt who fitted the whole kitchen to the very high standard Bluewater provides. The design and planning process for the works was excellent; Dominic and Ian really helped us narrow down and agree a design, in a friendly and supportive way. 2. The work started and was executed exactly as planned. There were no examples where activities happened outside of schedule; fitters, electricians, plumbers all followed the plan and designs to the letter. 3. The team were a pleasure to have around with some call outs to the following craftsman and tradesman who really went the extra mile and were professional and friendly at all times: • Chris was the fitter for our bedroom, he was friendly, polite and performed the work to an exceptional quality. The end result is a totally transformed modern bedroom that is exactly what we wished for. • Sean was the fitter for the kitchen, a craftsman of exceptional quality and a pleasure to have around. Sean was supported by Mikey the electrician who really went the extra mile to accommodate me as I worked from home with electricity supply and internet connectivity, Liam the plumber and Andy the floor fitter both did an excellent job. • Mark was the fitter for our bathroom and cloakroom, a real pleasure to have around and his work was of exceptional quality. We hit a couple of snags which were promptly dealt with and we now have a kitchen/diner that we love. We highly recommend the whole team at bluewater having now had kitchen and bathroom done. Dominic was very responsive to our questions and dealt with any issues promptly, for example a kitchen unit door obviously damaged during transit, was replaced immediately.
