Our kitchen/diner renovation has just come to an end and what a fantastic job Bluewater and their contractors have done. It was a huge job but it was completed in the specified time frame of 6 weeks (minus a few last minute touch ups). Dom at Bluewater project managed the whole thing so everything felt effortless and smooth from our end, maybe not from his end haha. We were kept in the loop about everything while the project was happening and nothing seemed too much trouble during the design stage even with a picky customer like me! Would highly recommend. I am delighted with my new bathroom and cloakroom. From first going into the showroom and the finished bathroom everything went so well. I was advised which product would go well and Alex who fitted both rooms worked so hard and kept me informed as to what was happening. I cannot praise Bluewater Bathrooms enough and would greatly recommend them.

Work carried out was seamless, even though it required some structural repairs. Kitchen is great quality and the few snags dealt with quickly. Thanks to Dominic and Sean.

The help, guidance and sound advice Chris Newnham gave us through all the new kitchen process was outstanding, the level of service was gold standard. The "team" of trades were brilliant, it was a pleasure to have each and everyone of them in our home. Special thanks must go to Sean, the fitter, the man is a genius. Top of their game! After a totally disastrous experience using a local plumbing firm to refit our ensuite shower room, we entrusted Bluewater to refit our family bathroom and kitchen and were so glad we did! Both projects far exceeded our expectations and were, on our part, totally stress free. Our grateful thanks to Adrian for managing to fit everything we wanted in the bathroom and still make it look nice and Danny Bee, our fitter, who was a ray of sunshine every day. Thank you Danny for taking so much time and trouble to ensure that the grab rail in the bath was at the right height for me. It's perfect! For the kitchen which, again, totally exceeded my expectations, thank you everyone who worked on it - true professionals, every one of them. A special thanks to Andy for my beautiful floor and, of course to Matt, my amazing kitchen fitter, who was a true perfectionist in all he did and fulfilled my totally excessive demands for shelves without batting an eyelid! Last, but by no means least, my kitchen planner Chris Newnham, who was patience personified with me! Thank you Chris for your wonderful plans, extreme patience and for going more than the extra mile and finding that wonderful flooring - which has turned out to be the star of the show! I'm sure I took ten years off your life over that floor! Sorry!
I would not hesitate to give Bluewater the very highest recommendation. They achieve everything they promise, come in on schedule and everything is of the very highest standard.

Absolutely thrilled with the results of my bathroom renovation. The team made everything incredibly easy with full project management and clear communication throughout. They were responsive to emails, worked with my ideas, and gave smart, practical suggestions that really improved the final design.

The fitter was excellent; professional, friendly, and even finished ahead of schedule. The quality of the finished room is brilliant and I’m very happy with how it turned out. I even got some wall colour recommendations from the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and plan to have them back in on another project soon!

The company managed the project from start to finish, taking care of every aspect. Alex, the fitter, was excellent. Polite, professional, efficient and extremely hard working. The final finish is exactly what we hoped for.
