For BlueWater 5 stars is insufficient; they have exceeded all my hopes and expectations. Bluewater is family owned. I thank Adrian and Dominic for the subtle help they have given to me to select colour schemes, choose appliances, etc. to fulfil my modern and high standard desires, yet to keep within my budget. They arranged the complete stripping out and removal of the dreadfully aged 1960s - 1970s bathroom and kitchen in my recently bought bungalow. The property had been subject to many rentals. Although it met the legal requirements, I saw it as dirty and horrific! I also thank Luke for completing a sparkling and wonderful bathroom. Thanks to Matthew, who did an unbelievably fantastic job in my kitchen. They both consulted me or my daughter to ensure everything met my needs, given my health and age. Both Adrian and Matthew also kept in touch with me or my daughter to ensure that everything was going well, and as planned throughout the entire process I am truly amazed,and strongly recommend BlueWater Bathrooms and Kitchens

We just had our kitchen and utility room replaced by Bluewater and can highly recommend them. First class service from start to finish. No pushy sales, carefully planned with lots of hard work going into the design to make sure we got everything that we wanted and within our budget (Thank you Chris, you were amazing) Matt the kitchen fitter was fabulous too, worked hard to achieve the best end product, nothing was ever too much trouble and the finish he achieved was excellent. My husband and myself are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. The staff at Bluewater have been first class from start to finish, from Ian who we met initially who guided myself and my daughter through everything we needed without any pressure which was a bonus, he was great. The young man Ed who was in charge was brilliant, he was helped by Harry in the second week and they worked extremely hard, only stopping for a short lunch break and cleaning up every day when they had finished. We were so impressed by there workmabship, i cannot find a fault at all. My husband a well retired ex plumber who was very dubious at first has admitted they made an excellent job!!! A complete make-over of our utility room and replacing the floor of the kitchen at the same time. I am very pleased with the result, as the design by Dominic provided a lot more storage and was a much better use of the space available. The whole team, but especially Sean, was very good and efficient, and made sure that the disruption to our home was minimised. Bluewater has been my go to place to get my bathrooms and kitchen remodelled for a number of years now.

In our previous house we had a kitchen and bathroom fitted by Bluewater and we didn't hesitate to go back to them now that we have moved house. Dom did a great job with the kitchen design and Sean was a brilliant fitter - a lovely guy as well as being good at his job. We'll use them again in the future as all products are high quality and they offer a great service.

We decided to have a new kitchen ours was looking old and very tired. So we went and had a look at Bluewater Bathrooms and Kitchens York. We met Dominic he was very helpful, going through all the design worktops, doors, cabinets, handles etc. He was very professional and went through every detail. We were told it would be a three week project. The first to arrive was Sean the cabinet fitter he took out the old kitchen, followed by the electricians, plasters and plumbers. Sean returned the following week to fit the Kitchen and flooring. He was great very professional.There was no waiting about and everything went smoothly. We would recommend Bluewater Bathrooms and Kitchens York to anybody, first class job.

Thanks to the team at Bluewater for an excellent job. Their task was removing a boiler and fitting the new one in a different room and fitting a bathroom and toilet. The bathroom was an empty shell so tiling, flooring, ceiling panels & lights, basin and unit and radiator all completed with the minimum of inconvenience by friendly, polite and considerate guys. It's a ten from us!

Ian was so helpful,knowledgeable & completely unfazed, whenever I changed my mind! Danny (the bathroom fitter) took great care & paid great attention to every little detail. It was a pleasure from start to finish & I can't thank you enough...I absolutely love my new bathroom!

Our bathroom was completed on Friday and we’ve had a very positive experience with Bluewater from beginning to end. Having worked through a couple of design options initially, the recommendations have proved to be spot on, products arrived on time and are of great quality, and everyone involved in the fitting over the last two weeks has been a pleasure to deal with. The project has been very well organised and the skip was even picked up an hour after the team left!! Thanks to Ian, Ed and the rest of the team for a great job.

Excellent experience from start to finish. From the superb planning stage with Dominic to the expert fitting with Matt it was such a smooth and stress free process. Nothing was too much trouble and the project management was first class. We are absolutely delighted with the end product ( as is everyone that's seen it!) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Bluewater after they designed and fitted my new kitchen. Dominic Rogerson, who managed the project from start to finish, was generous with his time and advice, always prompt in resolving issues and brought a wealth of experience and knowledge. Dominic even took a late and unexpected delay from me (to replace the floor) in his stride. Contractors turned up on time and co-ordinated between themselves with a minimum of hassle for me, and work was done to a high standard. If you’re not sure how to choose between kitchen companies - choose Bluewater.

We love our new Bluewater bathroom. Our previous bathroom was installed just over 30 years ago and was in desperate need of renewal. Mark at Bluewater came up with a great design and Luke, who removed the old bathroom and fitted the new one , was absolutely brilliant and did a fantastic job. The bathroom is now a joy to use. Can’t recommend Bluewater enough!
